"this was my first call to your company. I was in the flat and received the phone call from the office - confirming that I lived near the Sainsbury local. and saying the driver was on his way and would arrive in 5 minutes. I started to move the suitcases outside the door to the flat ... and unfortunately, the door slammed shut before I had completed the task and I was locked out. I had to meet the driver downstairs and explain that I I was locked out of the flat withour all my suitcases, my purse , my phone etc. I was in the process of calling a locksmith to come and drill the lock, so I could not use his services.
The locksmith arrived and within 1 1/2 hours, I was phoning your company back to see if you could possibly send another cab to take me to the airport. You did so - in record time and the second driver took me straight to the airport.
He was most accommodating and helped get a luggage rack for me once there. I will definitely use your service again when I am next in Britain. "
